Dr Rosni obtained her M.B.,B.Ch (Cairo) in 1999. She underwent housemanship training in Hospital Tuanku Jaafar, Seremban from 2000 to 2001. Subsequently, she served as a medical officer in the Paediatric Department, Hospital Kajang from 2001 to 2004. She then enrolled into Masters in Paediatrics (UKM), underwent training at Hospital University Kebangsaan Malaysia. She obtained vast experience to wide variety of cases in General Pediatrics, Nephrology, Oncology and Hematology, Cardiology and Respiratory, Gastroenterology, Genetic, Infectious Disease, Emergency pediatrics, Pediatric Intensive Care, as well as Developmental paediatrics. She was also trained in Neonatology and Neonatal Intensive Care especially intubation, ventilator setting and exchange transfusion. She is also skilled at performing various procedures including umbilical artery/vein catheterization, chest tube insertion, arterial line insertion, bone marrow aspiration, lumbar puncture, central venous line insertion, and neonatal brain ultrasound. She graduated as Masters in Paediatrics from UKM in November 2008.
