  2. Choose your preferred temperature setting with the controller. The available temperature ranges are 50°C, 55°C, 60°C, and 65°C. By pushing the up and down arrows on the controller, you may change the temperature.
  3. Hold off until the pad warms up. It shouldn't take long for the pad to heat up to the right temperature thanks to its quick-heating turbo heating feature.
  4. The portion of your body that needs treatment should be covered by the pad. Make sure the pad is properly and comfortably positioned.
  5. Enjoy the pleasant heat therapy while you rest. The heating pad can be used for up to 90 minutes at a time. The pad will automatically turn off for safety purposes after 90 minutes.
  6. When you're done using the pad, disconnect it from the power source and keep it somewhere cool and dry.
