Home monitoring may also aid persons who are currently undergoing treatment for Hyperglycemia by supporting your doctor in identifying whether your current treatment plan is working.

How To Use Caresens Pop Test Strip 25s

A. Construction Of The Lancing Device
- Remove the adjustable tip by unscrewing it.
- In the carrier, firmly insert a fresh disposable lancet.
- Twist the protective cover of the disposable lancet off and put it aside, then reinstall the adjustable tip.
- Set the desired depth of penetration; for thicker skin regions, use a higher value; for thin, sensitive skin areas, use a lower value.
- Rotate the adjustable tip's top section until the setting number corresponds to the arrow.
- By tugging on the sleeve, cock the lancing device until it clicks.
B. Setting Up The Meter And The Testing Strip
- Hands and the place from which blood will be extracted should be washed.
- Gently put the test strip's square end into the meter's port, with the contact bars pointing upward. On the screen, the (strip with blood drop) sign should display.
- Utilize your lancing instrument to get a blood sample (see instructions above).
- The pointed tip of the strip should be inserted into the blood droplet on your finger, maintaining the test strip vertically to the blood droplet and ensuring that the little window on the black side of the strip is completely filled with blood.
(Note: You just need around 0.5μl of blood (about the size of a pinhead).
- When the confirmation window is completely filled with blood, the meter will beep. If the window is not completely filled, an Er4 notice will be shown.
- After the meter counts down from five to one, the test result will show. The result will be saved automatically in the meter's memory.

Here are some tips on how to check your blood glucose using blood sugar monitor and glucose strip like Caresens Pop Test Strip 25s:

  1. Clean your hands before and after checking your blood cholesterol levels.
  2. Ensure the cleanliness of the testing meter and use a new testing strip each time.
  3. Tightly close the test strips container to prevent exposure to moisture, which may damage the unused test strips.
  4. To encourage more blood flow, massage hands and fingers prior to pricking finger with a lancet
  5. Use a new and clean lancet to prick finger.
  6. Squeeze the base of your finger and allow the blood to touch the strip.
  7. Record the readings for both your own reference and for your physicians.
  8. Dispose the lancet and strip appropriately after use.
