How To Use OneTouch Ultra Plus Strip 25s
To activate the meter, insert a test strip. Apply blood to the test strip, and the result appears on the screen with an arrow pointing to the meter's proper range indication.
Keep the test strip packaging cold and dry, not exceeding 30°C (86°F). Keep out of direct sunshine and extreme heat. Do not store in the refrigerator. Do not transfer your test strips to a new vial or any other container; keep them in their original vial.

Make sure to clean your hands before and after checking your blood sugar.
Please ensure the glucometer is clean and use a new glucose strip every time you are testing.
Close your glucose strip container tightly after getting a new strip as they can get damaged after being exposed to moisture
Massage your hands and fingers before pricking using lancet to allow blood flow to your finger.
Use a clean and new lancet to prick your finger.
Squeeze from the base of your finger and alolow blood to touch the strip
Record the reading for your and your doctors or healthcare professionals references
Dispose your lancet and strip properly after use
