How To Use Apo-Isosorbide Dinitrate 10mg Tablet 100s
This medicine is for oral use only. Swallow this medication as a whole with water. Do not chew, crush or break it. It is better to take this medication at a fixed time each day if it is indicated for everyday use.
As with all medications, you may experience some side effects. Not everyone experiences it. This is not a cause for concern. However, it is so that you are aware of it.
It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Apo-Isosorbide Dinitrate 10mg Tablet 100s. Taking Apo-Isosorbide Dinitrate 10mg Tablet 100s with alcohol may have additive effects on vasodilation. Side effects of alcohol such as dizziness, headache and rapid heartbeat may worsen with alcohol intake.
Pregnancy Warning (Not Safe)
Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the fetus, however, there are no adequate and well-controlled human studies. However, if benefit of use justifies risk, usage of Apo-Isosorbide Dinitrate 10mg Tablet 100s may be considered. Please consult your doctor.
Breastfeeding Warning (Limited Data)
There are limited data on usage of Apo-Isosorbide Dinitrate 10mg Tablet 100s during lactation. Usage is therefore suggested if benefit justifies the risk.
Driving Warning (Not Advisable)
(Do not drive unless you are feeling well.) Apo-Isosorbide Dinitrate 10mg Tablet 100s may cause side effects such as dizziness, headaches, nausea or tiredness, all of which could affect your ability to concentrate and drive.
