How To Use Biogrow HPF-5 Plus Protein 380g
Recommended For: -Children 2 years old & above -Adults -Elderly (especially with muscle weakness and weak bones) -Individuals with lactose intolerance -Individuals with constipation -Individuals aiming to manage/ control their body weight -Take 1 scoop daily for general health. -Mix 1 scoop (≈ 16 g) of powder into 150 ml cold/ warm water or any flavoured beverage and stir well.
