This package is included with cancer marker tests and at the same time also covers a while range of test which is able to screen for any abnormalities in your blood such as infections, blood disorders, risk of rheumatoid arthritis, cholesterol, diabetes, liver problems and kidney problems.

Diabetes Screening - Glucose

Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH)

This test is used to screen for potential thyroid problem.

Rheumatoid Factor

This test is used to screen for certain autoimmune disease, such as rheumatoid arthritis.

Hepatitis B Surface Antigen & Antibody

This test can be used to screen for or diagnose if you have liver problems caused by Hepatitis B virus or even guide and monitor your existing treatment for your condition. It can also be used if you are unsure that you have immunity to this virus.

Homocysteine

This test can help determine if you are deficient in B12, B6, and folic acid in your body. This test can also screen if you are at risk of heart disesase. 

CEA (Carcino-Embryonic Antigen)

This is a marker for colorectal, stomach, lung, thyroid, breast, pancreas and ovarian cancer.

CA 19.9

This is a marker for pancreatic cancer.

CA 125

This is a marker for ovarian cancer.

CA 15.3

This is a marker for breast cancer.

FASTING 

You are required to fast for a minimum of 10 hours prior to your health screening. You can only consume plain water during your fast. 

Failure to fast will cause your test result to be inaccurate.

If you require the nurse/phlebotomist to make a second visit for the sample collection on the day of your blood test, an additional RM140 will be charged for the next visit.

We recommend that you book your appointment with us approximately 3 days before your menstruation (period) and wait for 3 days after your menstruation for more accurate results from your tests.
