How To Use Centrum Energy Tablet 60s
For adults over 16, take 1 tablet daily with water.

The vitamin B complex contains eight B vitamins: B-1 (thiamine), B-2 (riboflavin), B-3 (niacin), B-5 (pantothenic acid), B-6 (pyridoxine), B-7 (biotin), B-9 (folic acid), and B-12 (cobalamin) (cobalamin). Each of these vital vitamins plays a role in your body's general operation.
B vitamins are critical for overall health and well-being. B vitamins, being the structural components of a healthy body, have a direct effect on your energy levels, and cell metabolism.
Vitamin B complex such as Centrum Energy aids in the prevention of infections and supports or promotes cell health, red blood cell proliferation, and increased energy levels. Additionally, vitamin B complex supports digestion, promotes normal appetite, and muscular tone.
The majority of people obtain adequate B vitamins through a balanced diet. However, deficiency is still possible.
