Cetil Cefuroxime 250mg Tablet 10s (strip) is probably safe to use during lactation. It is excreted in small quantities in breast milk. Adverse effects are not expected however the possibility of Diarrhea and fungal infection cannot be excluded. It can be used if the benefits outweigh the risks.

There is no information regarding the safety of Cetil Cefuroxime 250mg Tablet 10s (strip) taken whilst driving. Nevertheless, it may cause side effects such as dizziness which could affect your ability to concentrate and drive.
Kidney Warning (Use With Care)
Cetil Cefuroxime 250mg Tablet 10s (strip) should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose titration of Cetil Cefuroxime 250mg Tablet 10s (strip) may be needed as it is excreted by the kidney.
Liver Warning (Safe If Prescribed)
Cetil Cefuroxime 250mg Tablet 10s (strip) is safe to be used in patients with liver impairment as it is predominantly being eliminated by the kidney.
Warning Precautions
• Avoid Cetil Cefuroxime 250mg Tablet if you are allergic to it. • Use Cetil Cefuroxime 250mg Tablet with caution if you have kidney disease, liver disease, colitis, or any other gastrointestinal disorder. • Cetil Cefuroxime 250mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with a history of seizures.
