Conart's Low Molecular Weight chondroitin has been demonstrated to have a Synergistic effect at the joint level, making it 3 times as effective in the treatment of osteoarthritis than glucosamine alone.
Dosage
Mild or moderate Osteoarthritis: 2 capsules twice a day for at least 6 weeks. Severe Osteoarthritis: Initially 2 capsules 3 times a day for at least 8 weeks, followed by 2 capsules twice a day for 3-4 months.

Each capsule contains 250mg Glucosamine Sulphate derived from seafood, & 200mg Chondroitin sulphate

About Conart Capsule 60s
Glucosamine supplements are normally made from shellfish shells, however, there are synthetic versions. After fish oil and other types of omega-3 fatty acids, they are the second most popular nutritional supplement.
Glucosamine supplements are commonly sold as tablets or capsules, but injections are also available. Glucosamine is used by the body to produce and repair cartilage. Cartilage is a connective tissue that protects the bones in the joints by being flexible and strong. It acts as a cushion between the bones, preventing them from rubbing together.
Cartilage can become less flexible and begin to tear as people age. This can result in discomfort, inflammation, and tissue destruction, as seen in osteoarthritis, for example.
There is some evidence that glucosamine supplements, such as Conart Capsule can help cartilage health by slowing the ageing process. Glucosamine is found naturally in the body, although its amounts decrease as people age. The lowering could lead to joint degeneration over time.
