Overview

Infectious diarrhea is commonly caused by viruses, parasites or bacteria and the fecal-oral route is the common route of transmission. Mostly diarrhea is the self-limited and supportive case is sufficient however in certain cases antimicrobial therapy is needed

Signs and Symptoms
