Direction of Use
- Take Uphamol as your doctor has prescribed.
- Carefully follow all of your doctor's and pharmacist's instructions.
- These instructions may differ from what is written here.
- Ask your doctor or pharmacist for assistance if you don't understand the instructions on the package.
Adult and children above 12 years: Take 1 (0.5g) – 2 (1g) tablets every four to six hours to a maximum of 8 (4g) tablets daily.
Children up to 1 year: 60 – 120mg every 4 to 6 hours with a maximum of 4 doses in 24 hours.
Children 1 to 5 years old: ¼ (125mg) -1/2 (250mg) tablet every 4 to 6 hours with a maximum of 4 doses in 24 hours.
Children 6 to 12 years old: ½ (250mg) -1 (0.5g) tablet every 4 to 6 hours with a maximum of 4 doses in 24 hours.
