This pleasantly flavoured mixture is an efficacious remedy for cough caused by various factors, like the cold or throat irritation. In addition to soothing the irritated throat, it loosens the phlegm and enables a faster cough relief. It is highly recommended for every household.

How To Use African Sea Coconut Cough Mixture 177ml

1/2 to 1 teaspoonful for infants under 1 year old
1 to 2 teaspoonfuls for children aged 1 to 2 years
2 to 3 teaspoonfuls for children aged 2 to 16 years.
4 teaspoonfuls for adults
According to the dosing guidelines, this mixture should be taken 4 to 5 times daily, once every 3 hours, with an equivalent volume of hot water or hot milk. The first dose should be taken after breakfast, followed by two or three doses throughout the day. The last dose should be taken right before going to bed.
