Alcohol Warning(Safe)
There is no known interaction between alcohol and Allergocrom Eye Drop 10ml when used concomitantly.
Pregnancy Warning(Maybe Safe)
Allergocrom Eye Drop 10ml has to be used cautiously during the first trimester of pregnancy. Cumulative clinical data have not shown any reproductive toxicities in pregnant women. It is advisable to be used only necessary. Please consult your doctor.
Breastfeeding Warning(Safe If Prescribed)
Excretion of Allergocrom Eye Drop 10ml is not known in human breast milk but it is unlikely to be excreted according to its properties. Thus, it is safe to be used during pregnancy.

Allergocrom Eye Drop is intended for external application only. Follow your doctor's recommendations and take this medication on a regular basis to receive the maximum benefit from this medication. You should carefully squeeze the dropper and gently put the medication into the lower eyelid, wiping away any excess liquid as you go. Always wash your hands after handling the dropper and avoid touching the tip of the dropper. This has the potential to infect your eye. If you use contact lenses, be sure to take them out and wait at least 15 minutes before putting them back in. If the seal of a bottle is broken before it is used for the first time, it should not be used. If your symptoms do not improve within 2 days, or if you need medication for a longer length of time, you should see your doctor immediately. Although it is usually considered safe to use, you may feel a stinging sensation after taking the medication. Inform your doctor if any of these annoy you or seem to be severe. It's possible that there are methods for decreasing or avoiding them. If you have an eye issue (glaucoma) or an untreated eye infection, you should not use this medication. Your doctor should also be aware of any other medications you are taking, since many of them may interfere with the effectiveness of this medication or alter its mechanism of action. This medication is generally not recommended for use during pregnancy or nursing; nevertheless, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, see your doctor.
How To Use Allergocrom Eye Drop 10ml
This medicine is for external use only. Always wash your hands before and after applying eye drops. Tilt your head back and look upwards. Hold the dropper close to the eye without touching it to avoid contamination. Pull down the lower eyelid to form a pouch. Gently squeeze the dropper and place the medicine inside the lower eyelid. Whilst keeping the affected eye closed, gently press your finger against the corner of the closed eye (the side where the eye meets the nose) and hold for 1 minute. Wipe off any extra liquid. Wait for 5 minutes before administering another drop into that eye (of the same or different medication) to prevent drops from being washed out of the eye. Ensure to replace and tighten the cap straight after use or discard away any medication for single-use containers.
Before taking Allergocrom, please refer to the doctor's advice especially if you have any of the following illnesses. Contraindicated disease:
-Allergies to Allergocrom or any other of its ingredients
-Hypersensitivity

May cause temporary visual blurring upon administration. Do not use before driving or perform any activities that require attention.
Press the inner corner of the eye (near the nose) for approximately 1 minute, immediately after administering
Make sure the tip does not get in contact with any surface or eyes to prevent contamination.
Wait at least 5-10 minutes before administering next medication into the eye to prevent dilution.
Stinging sensation may occur for 1-2 minutes. Notify your doctor if it lasts longer.
Use Allergocrom Eye Drop within 4 weeks after opening the bottle.
1. I forgot to take a dose of Allergocrom on a specific day. What should I do?
If you forget to take a dose of your medicine, please take the medication once you remember. But if the time has come or is near for the next dose, ignore the unnecessary dosage. In such a situation, avoid taking twice as much dosages as advised.
2. I used over the Allergocrom medication from the recommended quantities. What steps should I take?
If you think you have taken Allergocrom more than recommended quantities, please consult your doctor's advice immediately. Medication overdose may lead to undesirable side effects.
3. Is it safe to take Allergocrom during pregnancy?
There is no information about the use of Allergocrom during pregnancy. You should consult the obstetrician for further information before taking the medicine. Pregnant women should look into the benefits and disadvantages of the drug with a doctor before taking it.

The Customer shall examine the Product(s) immediately upon receiving for any deficiencies and/or damages.
Should the Customer meet the criteria of Clause 1 of the return and/or exchange criteria stated above, the Customer will need to contact our customer service via email contact@doctoroncall.com.my or call our hotline at 03 - 8048 2000 within one (1) day of receiving the product. DoctorOnCall reserves the right to reject the request for return and/ or exchange if not notified by the Customer within one (1) day of receiving the product.
The Customer will be contacted by DoctorOnCall within one (1) day of request for return and/ or exchange to inform the Customer of the return and/ or exchange process.
Upon approval of the Return and/ or Exchange request, the Customer is to deliver the affected Product back to the address of the vendor as stated on the parcel received
The affected Products MUST be returned in its new, unused, original condition, with quantity and packaging was delivered to Customer.
For rehab products, wheelchairs, electronic products, and medical devices, all products must be returned in its original packaging with cables, accessories, and documentations including manuals and warranty card intact.
Failure to return the Product as described in clause 6 and 7 will result in a cancellation of the return and/ or exchange request, and any fees incurred in delivering the package back to the Customer will be borne by the Customer
The return of a Product by a Customer does not automatically warrant for an exchange or refund. DoctorOnCall will inspect the returned Products upon receipt of the same. If the conditions in clause No. 6 and 7 of this Return and/ or Exchange Policy have been fulfilled, refunds/ exchanges will be made to the Customer, and the Customer will be reimbursed by DoctorOnCall for any courier charges incurred in returning of the Products. A courier payment slip is to be furnished to DoctorOnCall for the purpose of reimbursement.
All replacements or exchange of Products shall be effected subject to stock availability. If a Product which was ordered and invoiced is not included in the delivery, DoctorOnCall shall either refund the Customer the value of that Product, or replace the ordered Product.
If any Product which was not included in the Customer's Order is delivered to the Customer, DoctorOnCall shall collect the Product from the Customer. If a Customer is charged more than the value of a Product as displayed on the site when the Customer makes its Order, DoctorOnCall shall refund to the Customer the difference.
All refunds will be made via the same mode of payment within 2 months. Customer's receipt of the refund will depend on the period of time the selected financial institution takes to finalise the refund. DoctorOnCall shall not be liable with respect to any loss, damage, cost or expense that the Customer or any person may incur as a result of any delay in the financial institution processing of the said refund.
