How To Use Aqua Maris 100% Natural Nasal Spray - Strong 30ml
1. Shake the bottle well before each use. 2. Unscrew the cap and tilt your head slightly to the side. 3. Insert the spray nozzle into one nostril and press the pump as you breathe in gently through your nose. 4. After spraying, remove the nozzle from your nostril and press the pump once more to release any remaining liquid. 5. Wipe the nozzle and replace the cap on the bottle. 6. Repeat these steps for the other nostril.
