Precautionary Steps of Beatafed Tablet 10s (strip)

Beatafed Drug Interactions
Drug to drug interaction reaction of Beatafed varies from a person to another person. It is advisable to check with your doctor about all the possible drug interactions before starting the medication.

Alcohol Warning (Not Advisable)
No known side effects when used along with alcohol consumption.It is proven that Beatafed Tablet 10s (strip) with alcohol intake will increase the side effect such as dizziness, drowsiness, confusion and difficulty in concentrating. Thus, it is not advisable for you to take alcohol when prescribed with Beatafed Tablet 10s (strip).
Pregnancy Warning (Not Safe)
Beatafed Tablet 10s (strip) may be unsafe to be used during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown adverse reactions on the fetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may outweigh the risk. Please consult your doctor before consuming it.Beatafed Tablet 10s (strip) is currently not assigned to any US FDA pregnancy category.
Breastfeeding Warning (Limited Data)
Beatafed Tablet 10s (strip) can pass into breast milk. Hence, caution should be exercised when prescribing Beatafed Tablet 10s (strip) to breastfeeding mothers.Beatafed Tablet 10s (strip) are excreted in breast milk in small amount. However, there is no evidence on the effect of Beatafed Tablet 10s (strip) on breast-fed infant. Beatafed Tablet 10s (strip) is probably safe to use during lactation as most of the antihistamines are compatible to be used during breastfeeding. Please consult your doctor for more details.
Driving Warning (Not Advisable)
Beatafed Tablet 10s (strip) usually does not affect the ability to drive. Do not drive unless you are feeling well.Do not drive unless you are feeling well. Beatafed Tablet 10s (strip) may cause side effects such as dizziness, headaches, nausea, or sedation, all of which could affect your ability to concentrate and drive.
Kidney Warning (High Risk)
The use of Beatafed Tablet 10s (strip) is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease. Please consult your doctor.Beatafed Tablet 10s (strip) should be used with caution in patients with moderate and severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Beatafed Tablet 10s (strip) may be needed. Liver Warning (Limited Data)
Beatafed Tablet 10s (strip) rarely leads to any hepatic impairment unless in the elderly patients. Dose adjustment of Beatafed Tablet 10s (strip) may be needed.Please consult your doctor.Beatafed Tablet 10s (strip) should be used with caution in patients with liver disease because Beatafed Tablet 10s (strip) is metabolized in the liver to form carboxylated derivatives. Dose adjustment of Beatafed Tablet 10s (strip) may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
