Diovan 80mg Tablet can be used on its own or in conjunction with other medications. It can be taken during the day or at night, with or without food. To obtain the best benefit, try to take it at the same time every day. Even if you feel alright or your blood pressure is in control, it is critical to continue taking it on a regular basis. This is a commonly prescribed medication that is believed to be safe for long-term use. Most individuals tolerate this medication well, and it has few negative effects. Some people have reported experiencing dizziness after taking the first dose. This could be linked to a headache. If these side effects worry you or do not go away, contact your doctor.
This medicine is for oral use only. Swallow this medication as a whole with water. Do not chew, crush or break it. It is better to take this medication at a fixed time each day if it is indicated for everyday use.

Diovan 80mg Tablet 14s (strip) is likely to be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Studies have shown positive evidence of human fetal risk. However, in certain conditions, the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Breastfeeding Warning (Limited Data)
Limited human data suggests that Diovan 80mg Tablet 14s (strip) does not represent a significant risk to the baby. It is not recommended during lactation as there are better drugs with established safety efficacy during nursing.
Driving Warning (Not Advisable)
Do not drive unless you are feeling well. Diovan 80mg Tablet 14s (strip) may cause side effects such as dizziness, headaches, nausea or tiredness, all of which could affect your ability to concentrate and drive.
Kidney Warning (Use With Care)
Diovan 80mg Tablet 14s (strip) should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Diovan 80mg Tablet 14s (strip) may affect the efficiency of renal function. In particular conditions such as renal artery stenosis, Diovan 80mg Tablet 14s (strip) is contraindicated to be used. Thus, the dose adjustment of Diovan 80mg Tablet 14s (strip) may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Liver Warning (Limited Data)
Diovan 80mg Tablet 14s (strip) should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Diovan 80mg Tablet 14s (strip) may be needed for mild and moderate hepatic impairment. Severe liver disease is one of the contraindications for prescription of Diovan 80mg Tablet 14s (strip). Please consult your doctor.

Diovan 80mg Tablet may cause a rapid decrease in your condition, particularly when you start using this medication. To decrease the risk of feeling dizzy or passing out, if you have been sitting or laying down, rise carefully.
Regular blood tests will be conducted to monitor your urea, creatinine, and potassium levels
May cause dizziness and tiredness. Use Diovan 80mg Tablet with caution when driving or doing activities that require attention until you know it affects you
Avoid taking Diovan 80mg Tablet with anti-inflammatory medications like ibuprofen without first seeing your doctor.
Since Diovan 80mg Tablet causes ankle or foot edema, raise your legs when sitting to minimise edema. See your doctor if it doesn't improve.
