Introduction of Domper 10mg Tablet

Domper 10mg Tablet is taken before meals at the prescribed dosage and for the prescribed time by the doctor. The dosage that is prescribed to you will be determined by your medical condition and how you react to the medication. You should continue to take this medication unless your doctor instructs you otherwise. Inform your doctor of any other medicines you are taking since some of them may interact with, or be impacted by, this medication. The most often reported adverse effects are headaches, dry mouth, and stomach discomfort, among others. The majority of them are transient and generally resolve themselves over time. If you are at all worried about any of these side effects, you should contact your doctor right immediately to discuss them. It may also induce dizziness and drowsiness, so avoid driving or doing other tasks that demand mental concentration until you have determined how this medication affects you. Avoid consuming alcoholic beverages while taking this medication since it may make you feel more sleepy. It is preferable to drink lots of fluids when taking this medication since it may assist to avoid dehydration if used with other medications. Please inform your doctor if you have any liver or renal issues prior to beginning the use of this medication. It is not recommended to be used at the same time as an antacid. Expectant mothers should also speak with their doctor about this matter. If you have a stomach ulcer that is bleeding, you should avoid taking this medication completely.

How To Use Domper 10mg Tablet

This medicine is for oral use only. Swallow this medication as a whole with water. Do not chew, crush or break it. It is better to take this medication at a fixed time each day if it is indicated for everyday use.

Precautionary Steps of Domper 10mg Tablet

Please consult a doctor especially before taking Domper. If you have any of the following conditions & contraindications:-
  • Allergy to Domper or any of its components
  • It is not recommended for children & Neonates. Please keep it out of reach from them
  • Hypersensitivity
  • Breastfeeding
  • Pregnancy
  • Gastrointestinal hemorrhage

Domper Drug Interactions

Alcohol Warning (Safe)
There could be a possible interaction between Domper 10mg Tablet and alcohol. Otherwise, it is fairly safe to consume alcohol while on Domper 10mg Tablet.

Pregnancy Warning (Not Safe)
There is limited data on human study regarding the use of Domper 10mg Tablet among pregnant women. Animal studies have demonstrated reproductive toxicity when it is used at a high, toxic dose. The risk for the fetus in humans is still uncertain therefore it is recommended to only use Domper 10mg Tablet if the benefits outweigh the potential risk to the fetus.

Breastfeeding Warning (Limited Data)
Generally, Domper 10mg Tablet is excreted in breast milk and even though the infant only receives a small percentage of Domper 10mg Tablet's dose, cardiac effects remained unknown. To discontinue breastfeeding or stop taking Domper 10mg Tablet depends on the therapeutic benefits to mother or benefits of breastfeeding for the infant.

Driving Warning (Generally Safe)
Domper 10mg Tablet usually does not affect the ability to drive. Do not drive unless you are feeling well.

Kidney Warning (Use With Care)
Domper 10mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe renal impairment as the elimination half-life is prolonged. Dose adjustment is also required and patients on prolonged therapy need to be monitored closely and regularly.

Liver Warning (Limited Data)
In mild liver impairment, dose adjustment is not required however, Domper 10mg Tablet must be avoided in moderate to severe liver impairment.

1. What should I do when I missed a dose of Domper?

If you have missed a dose by chance, try to consume it as soon as possible when you notice. If the time to your next dosage is close, simply skip the medicine. In such cases, try to not double the dosage. 


2. I  think I have accidentally overdosed from the prescribed quantity of Domper. Do I need to see a doctor?

If you feel that you might have used more than the prescribed quantity of Domper, please talk to a physician immediately as overdosage more than the prescribed quantity might lead to undesirable side-effects. 


3. Am I allowed to drink alcohol after taking Domper?

There is no information available about the interaction between this medication and alcohol consumption. However please consult your doctor for advice. In any case, do not consume more than 90 mL a day.


4. Will the consumption of Domper affect the child that I am bearing?

Yes, nausea and vomiting is one of the most common reported uses for Domper. Please do not use Domper for nausea and vomiting without consulting your doctor first.


9. When is the time that I need to take this medicine, before or after eating?

DoctorOnCall reserves the right to reject the request for return and/ or exchange if not notified by the Customer within one (1) day of receiving the product.
  4. The Customer will be contacted by DoctorOnCall within one (1) day of request for return and/ or exchange to inform the Customer of the return and/ or exchange process.
  5. Upon approval of the Return and/ or Exchange request, the Customer is to deliver the affected Product back to the address of the vendor as stated on the parcel received
  6. The affected Products MUST be returned in its new, unused, original condition, with quantity and packaging was delivered to Customer.
  7. For rehab products, wheelchairs, electronic products, and medical devices, all products must be returned in its original packaging with cables, accessories, and documentations including manuals and warranty card intact.
  8. Failure to return the Product as described in clause 6 and 7 will result in a cancellation of the return and/ or exchange request, and any fees incurred in delivering the package back to the Customer will be borne by the Customer
  9. The return of a Product by a Customer does not automatically warrant for an exchange or refund. DoctorOnCall will inspect the returned Products upon receipt of the same. If the conditions in clause No. 6 and 7 of this Return and/ or Exchange Policy have been fulfilled, refunds/ exchanges will be made to the Customer, and the Customer will be reimbursed by DoctorOnCall for any courier charges incurred in returning of the Products. A courier payment slip is to be furnished to DoctorOnCall for the purpose of reimbursement.
  10. All replacements or exchange of Products shall be effected subject to stock availability. If a Product which was ordered and invoiced is not included in the delivery, DoctorOnCall shall either refund the Customer the value of that Product, or replace the ordered Product.
  11. If any Product which was not included in the Customer's Order is delivered to the Customer, DoctorOnCall shall collect the Product from the Customer. If a Customer is charged more than the value of a Product as displayed on the site when the Customer makes its Order, DoctorOnCall shall refund to the Customer the difference.
  12. All refunds will be made via the same mode of payment within 2 months. Customer's receipt of the refund will depend on the period of time the selected financial institution takes to finalise the refund. DoctorOnCall shall not be liable with respect to any loss, damage, cost or expense that the Customer or any person may incur as a result of any delay in the financial institution processing of the said refund.
