How To Use Entresto 100mg Tablet 60s

This medicine is for oral use only. Swallow this medication as a whole with water. Do not chew, crush or break it. It is better to take this medication at a fixed time each day if it is indicated for everyday use.

Alcohol Warning (Not Advisable)
Alcohol may further lower the blood pressure caused by Entresto 100mg Tablet 60s. Alcohol can also cause palpitation which will increase the workload of the heart, further worsen the heart function. Thus, it is not advisable to consume alcohol and Entresto 100mg Tablet 60s concomitantly.It is not advisable to take alcohol with Entresto 100mg Tablet 60s as it would worsen the adverse reactions such as dizziness, headache, and nausea.

Pregnancy Warning (Not Safe)
Human studies have shown reproductive toxicities such as reduced kidney function of the newborn. Thus, it is not advisable to be used during pregnancy. Please consult your doctor.Entresto 100mg Tablet 60s is likely to be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Studies have shown positive evidence of human fetal risk. However, in certain conditions, the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.

Breastfeeding Warning (Limited Data)
Excretion of Entresto 100mg Tablet 60s is not known in human breast milk. Thus, it is not advisable to be used during breastfeeding as risks cannot be excluded. Please consult your doctor.Limited human data suggests that Entresto 100mg Tablet 60s does not represent a significant risk to the baby. It is not recommended during lactation as there are better drugs with established safety efficacy during nursing.

Driving Warning (Not Advisable)
Do not drive unless you are feeling well. Entresto 100mg Tablet 60s may cause side effects such as dizziness or tiredness, all of which could affect your ability to concentrate and drive.Do not drive unless you are feeling well. Kidney Warning (Use With Care)
Dose adjustment is needed for patients with moderate to severe (eGFR<30ml/min/1.73m2) kidney impairment. It is not recommended to be used in patients with end-stage renal disease as there are no clinical data in this group of patients. Entresto 100mg Tablet 60s should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Entresto 100mg Tablet 60s may affect the efficiency of renal function. In particular conditions such as renal artery stenosis, Entresto 100mg Tablet 60s is contraindicated to be used. Thus, the dose adjustment of Entresto 100mg Tablet 60s may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

Liver Warning (Limited Data)
Dose adjustment is needed for patients with moderate hepatic impairment. Entresto 100mg Tablet 60s is contraindicated in patients with severe liver impairment.Entresto 100mg Tablet 60s should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Entresto 100mg Tablet 60s may be needed for mild and moderate hepatic impairment. Severe liver disease is one of the contraindications for prescription of Entresto 100mg Tablet 60s. Please consult your doctor.

Should the Customer meet the criteria of Clause 1 of the return and/or exchange criteria stated above, the Customer will need to contact our customer service via WhatsApp +60 17-972 2669 within one (1) day of receiving the product. DoctorOnCall reserves the right to reject the request for return and/ or exchange if not notified by the Customer within one (1) day of receiving the product.
  4. The Customer will be contacted by DoctorOnCall within one (1) day of request for return and/ or exchange to inform the Customer of the return and/ or exchange process.
  5. Upon approval of the Return and/ or Exchange request, the Customer is to deliver the affected Product back to the address of the vendor as stated on the parcel received
  6. The affected Products MUST be returned in its new, unused, original condition, with quantity and packaging delivered to Customer.
  7. For rehab products, wheelchairs, electronic products, and medical devices, all products must be returned in its original packaging with cables, accessories, and documentation including manuals and warranty card intact.
  8. Failure to return the Product as described in clause 6 and 7 will result in a cancellation of the return and/ or exchange request, and any fees incurred in delivering the package back to the Customer will be borne by the Customer
  9. The return of a Product by a Customer does not automatically warrant for an exchange or refund. DoctorOnCall will inspect the returned Products upon receipt of the same. If the conditions in clause No. 6 and 7 of this Return and/ or Exchange Policy have been fulfilled, refunds/ exchanges will be made to the Customer, and the Customer will be reimbursed by DoctorOnCall for any courier charges incurred in returning of the Products. A courier payment slip is to be furnished to DoctorOnCall for the purpose of reimbursement.
  10. All replacements or exchange of Products shall be effected subject to stock availability. If a Product which was ordered and invoiced is not included in the delivery, DoctorOnCall shall either refund the Customer the value of that Product, or replace the ordered Product.
  11. If any Product which was not included in the Customer's Order is delivered to the Customer, DoctorOnCall shall collect the Product from the Customer. If a Customer is charged more than the value of a Product as displayed on the site when the Customer makes its Order, DoctorOnCall shall refund to the Customer the difference.
  12. All refunds will be made via the same mode of payment within 2 months. Customer's receipt of the refund will depend on the period of time the selected financial institution takes to finalise the refund. DoctorOnCall shall not be liable with respect to any loss, damage, cost or expense that the Customer or any person may incur as a result of any delay in the financial institution processing of the said refund.
