Mounjaro 5mg Solution for Injection in Pre-filled Pen 1s
RM 1.00
Mounjaro 5mg solution for injection in a pre-filled pen is a prescription medicine from the class of GLP-1 receptor agonists. It contains tirzepatide as its active ingredient and is designed for convenient once-weekly injection using an easy-to-use pre-filled pen. This makes it simple for patients, even if it’s their first time handling injectable medication. Like all medicines, Mounjaro may cause side effects—most commonly nausea, diarrhea, decreased appetite, tiredness, and constipation. With proper guidance, Mounjaro offers an effective and practical option for blood sugar management and weight control, supported by our licensed pharmacy team.

Do not use Mounjaro if:
You are allergic to tirzepatide or any of its ingredients.
You have a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma.
You have Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2).
Tirzepatide may slow stomach emptying, which can affect absorption of other oral medications.
Caution is needed when combined with insulin or other antidiabetic medicines, as it may increase risk of hypoglycemia.
Alcohol consumption should be discussed with your doctor to avoid complications.
Always inject under the skin only—never into a vein or muscle.
Rotate injection sites (abdomen, thigh, or upper arm) each week.
Use a new needle for each injection.
If you miss a dose, inject within 4 days or skip and continue with your next scheduled dose.
