Pradaxa 75mg Tablet may be taken with or without meals, however it is recommended that the doses be taken at the same time each day. The requirement for this medication may last for many years, or possibly the rest of your life in certain instances. You should not stop taking it or alter the dosage without consulting your doctor beforehand. It may increase your chances of having a heart attack, a stroke, or a thrombosis in a short period of time (formation of a blood clot within a blood vessel). Making adjustments to your lifestyle, such as quitting smoking, eating a nutritious diet, getting regular exercise, and reducing weight if necessary, may help lower your chance of developing a blood clot. Pradaxa 110mg Tablet is associated with the most frequent adverse effects of stomach discomfort and bleeding more readily than usual, such as nosebleeds or bruises. If you have any of these symptoms, contact your doctor right once. Other adverse effects include headaches, seizures, allergic reactions, changes in your vision, and fatigue, to name a few examples. This medication should not be used if you have serious kidney or liver issues, if you are already bleeding, or if you are taking other medications that are intended to decrease blood coagulation. While using this medication, you should avoid breast-feeding. Unlike other anticoagulants, this medication does not need the use of a regular blood test (PT-INR) while being used.
This medicine is for oral use only. Swallow this medication as a whole with water. Do not chew, crush or break it. It is better to take this medication at a fixed time each day if it is indicated for everyday use.
As with all medications, you may experience some side effects. Not everyone experiences it. This is not a cause for concern. However, it is so that you are aware of it.

Warning Precautions
Alcohol Warning (Safe)
It is safe to consume alcohol with dabigatran as there is no interaction between them.
Pregnancy Warning (Not Safe)
Pradaxa 75mg Tablet 30s may be unsafe to use during pregnancy due to the results from animal studies that have shown adverse effects on the fetus. Nevertheless, there is limited evidence from human studies. The usage in pregnant women may be acceptable if the benefits outweigh the risks. Please consult your doctor.
Breastfeeding Warning (Limited Data)
There is no information about excretion of Pradaxa 75mg Tablet 30s in human milk. Therefore, Pradaxa 75mg Tablet 30s should be discontinued in lactating women.
Driving Warning (Generally Safe)
Pradaxa 75mg Tablet 30s has no effect on the ability to drive.
Kidney Warning (Use With Care)
Pradaxa 75mg Tablet 30s should not be used in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Pradaxa 75mg Tablet 30s is required in mild to moderate kidney disease. Please consult your doctor
Liver Warning (Limited Data)
In severe liver disease with reduced survival rate, Pradaxa 75mg Tablet 30s is contraindicated.
