Introduction of Ranexa 500mg Tablet 60s

Ranexa 500mg Tablet should be taken at the same time each day in the dosage prescribed by your doctor. To prevent stomach distress, it should be taken with meals. The frequency with which you should take this drug will be determined by your doctor. Depending on how well it works, this may alter from time to time. Even if you feel well, you should take this drug on a daily basis to obtain the maximum benefit. It is a safeguard against future damage. Your symptoms may return if you stop taking it. Nausea, vomiting, headache, dizziness, constipation, and weakness are all frequent adverse effects of this medication. If they concern you or do not go away, see your doctor. Some individuals will not be able to handle this. If you have any liver or renal concerns, let your doctor know. How To Use Ranexa 500mg Tablet 60s

This medicine is for oral use only. Swallow this medication as a whole with water. Do not chew, crush or break it. It is better to take this medication at a fixed time each day if it is indicated for everyday use.

Severe renal impairment
Moderate to severe hepatic impairment

Alcohol Warning (Not Advisable)

It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Ranexa 500mg Tablet 60s because it may worsen the side effects of Ranexa 500mg Tablet 60s such as headache, dizziness, nausea, and palpitations.

Pregnancy Warning (Not Safe)

Ranexa 500mg Tablet 60s may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown adverse reactions on the fetus, however, there are limited human studies. Hence, it is only used when clearly necessary. Please consult your doctor.

Breastfeeding Warning (Limited Data)

No reports explaining the use of Ranexa 500mg Tablet 60s for breastfeeding mothers are available. Animal studies have shown the excretion of Ranexa 500mg Tablet 60s in milk. Therefore, it should not be used during breast-feeding as we may not know the side effects.

Driving Warning (Not Advisable)

There are no studies of Ranexa 500mg Tablet 60s on driving ability. However, it may cause some side effects which may affect driving ability. Do not drive when not feeling well.

Kidney Warning (High Risk)

Ranexa 500mg Tablet 60s should be used with caution in patients with mild and moderate kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Ranexa 500mg Tablet 60s may be needed. However, for patients with creatinine clearance less than 30 mL/min, Ranexa 500mg Tablet 60s is contraindicated. Please consult your doctor.

Liver Warning (Limited Data)

Ranexa 500mg Tablet 60s should be used with caution in patients with a history of liver disease. Dose adjustment of Ranexa 500mg Tablet 60s may be needed in mild liver impairment. However, Ranexa 500mg Tablet 60s is contraindicated for patients with moderate to severe hepatic impairment. Please consult your doctor.

Quick Tips

Take Ranexa 500mg Tablet with meals to avoid stomach discomfort.
May cause dizziness. Use Ranexa 500mg Tablet with caution while driving or doing any activity that requires attention.
Notify your doctor if you are taking any other medications along with Ranexa 500mg Tablet.
Changes in the ECG may occur (QTc interval prolongation). An ECG should be done between 1 to 2 weeks after beginning Ranexa 500mg Tablet.

I started taking Ranexa 500mg Tablet 60s about a week ago. Ive noticed that my urine has become dark despite my intake of fluids.

Urine discolouration can be caused by Ranexa 500mg Tablet 60s intake. There is however nothing to be worried about if there is no other symptoms present. If it still is a disturbance, you can consult your doctor for further advise.
