Introduction of Regro 5% Lotion

Regro 5% Lotion should only be administered directly to the scalp region in the quantity, and in the manner, indicated on the label or by your doctor. Clean and dry your scalp before applying it. It may take many months before you see any hair growth and the initial growth may be fragile, colourless and hardly noticeable. Using more than advised will not accelerate up hair growth and may produce severe adverse effects. This medicine must be taken constantly to maintain hair growth. If your problem does not improve or worsens after taking it for 4 to 6 months, inform your doctor. It is usually safe and appropriate for most individuals but may have some possible adverse effects. The most prevalent include itching or irritation of the scalp and unwanted hair growth in other areas (not your head) (not your scalp). It may also make you feel sick and alter the colour and texture of your hair. If this occurs, tell your doctor. If this medication gets into the circulation it may produce adverse symptoms linked to low blood pressure such as chest discomfort, fast heartbeat and dizziness, swollen hands and feet. This should not happen if you apply it properly and prevent touch with damaged skin. If you get it in your eyes, mouth or damaged skin, rinse thoroughly with lots of water. Talk to your doctor if you are concerned by side effects if they do not go away. Regro 5% Lotion should not usually be used by individuals under the age of 18 or over 65. It may not be suitable if your hair loss is related to medicines (such as chemotherapy) or any nutritional deficit. You should also not take this medication if you have high blood pressure or are taking other creams or lotions to address other scalp problems. Talk to your doctor if you have heart disease or blood circulation issues.
