How To Use Relvar Ellipta 100/25mcg Inhaler 30 doses

Check dose counter to ensure there are still doses left. Slide the cover down until a click is heard. Breathe out gently away from the device and place mouthpiece between teeth without biting and form a good seal with your lips. Do not cover the air vents. Breathe in strongly and deeply and hold your breath for 5-10 seconds or as long as comfortable. Remove inhaler from mouth while holding breath. Breathe out gently away from the inhaler. Slide the cover upwards as far as it can go to cover the mouthpiece.

Pregnancy Warning (Not Safe)

Relvar Ellipta 100/25mcg Inhaler 30 doses may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the fetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk due to very little systemic exposure.Animal studies have shown reproductive toxicity but there are no data on the use of Relvar Ellipta 100/25mcg Inhaler 30 doses in pregnant women. Thus, Relvar Ellipta 100/25mcg Inhaler 30 doses is not advisable to be used unless the benefits outweigh the risks.

Breastfeeding Warning (Limited Data)

Due to different form of preparation and limited data, it is not known wether Relvar Ellipta 100/25mcg Inhaler 30 doses is excreted into human breastmilk or not. Caution should be taken when using Relvar Ellipta 100/25mcg Inhaler 30 doses.It is unknown whether Relvar Ellipta 100/25mcg Inhaler 30 doses is excreted in human milk but the other beta 2-adrenergic is known to secrete in human milk. Thus, the risk to breastfed babies cannot be excluded and a decision has to be made whether to discontinue breastfeeding or medication depending on the benefit-risk ratio.
