Side Effects

Like all medicines, this can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.
Some symptoms need immediate medical attention:
Allergic reactions
Swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat
Trouble breathing or swallowing
Itching and hives
Common side effects include:
Dizziness
Low blood pressure, with or without symptoms like dizziness and fainting when standing up.
Decreased kidney function (signs of renal impairment)
If you get any side effects that persist or are severe, talk to your doctor or pharmacist. This includes any possible side effects not listed.
Drug/Food Interactions
Consult your doctor of your medication history. Do not take with:
Medicines that lower blood pressure, especially water tablets (diuretics), ACEinhibitors, or aliskiren
Medicines that increase the amount of potassium in your blood.
Painkillers (NSAIDs).
Antibiotics (rifamycin group), or an antiretroviral medicine (ritonavir).
Lithium,
ACE-inhibitor together with mineralocorticoid receptor antagonist (MRA) or beta-blockers
