Zovirax 200mg Tablet should be taken at the dosage and frequency prescribed by your doctor. Do not miss any doses and complete the full course of medication, even though you feel better. Before taking it, dissolve it in a glass of water. It can be taken with or without food, but it is easier to take it at a fixed time. If you skip a dose, take it as soon as you can. However, if it's almost time for your next dose, skip the skipped dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose. You should drink plenty of water when using this medication as it helps prevent dehydration and kidney damage.
Remove the tablet from its packaging with clean and dry hands just before administration as it can be sensitive to humidity. Place tablet on your tongue and allow it to dissolve. You may take this medication with or without water.
As with all medications, you may experience some side effects. Not everyone experiences it. This is not a cause for concern. However, it is so that you are aware of it.
It is safe to consume alcohol with Zovirax 200mg Tablet 25s. Consuming Zovirax 200mg Tablet 25s with alcohol will not interfere with the way the medication works.

The use of Zovirax 200mg Tablet 25s is acceptable during pregnancy. Animal reproduction studies do not demonstrate adverse effects on the fetus, and there are no adequate studies in pregnant women. This medication should only be used when there is a clear indication of infection. Please consult your doctor before use.
Breastfeeding Warning (Limited Data)
Zovirax 200mg Tablet 25s is most likely safe to be used during lactation. Limited data are suggesting that the medication does not pose a significant risk to the baby. Please consult your doctor before use.
Driving Warning (Generally Safe)
