Pregnancy Warning (Not Safe)
There are mixed and inadequate data to conclude the safety profile of Chlorpheniramine in pregnant women. It may be safe to use in the first and second trimester but may increase the risk of premature neonates if used in the third trimester.

Breastfeeding Warning (Safe If Prescribed)
Duopharma Chloramine 4mg/5ml Syrup 90ml is present in small quantity in human breastmilk and can cause drowsiness on the infant. Close monitoring is required if using Duopharma Chloramine 4mg/5ml Syrup 90ml during breastfeeding or using second generation of anti-histamine.

Driving Warning (Not Advisable)
It is not advisable to drive when taking Duopharma Chloramine 4mg/5ml Syrup 90ml due to its potential side effects such as drowsiness and dizziness which can affect the ability to drive and concentrate.
