Econazine Cream 10g may be unsafe to use during pregnancy because it was proven in animal studies that Econazine Cream 10g have harmful effects on the fetus. However, there are limited human studies to guarantee the safety of Econazine Cream 10g used in pregnant women. Please consult your doctor to know your benefits from use in pregnant women is more than the risk. The safety of Econazine Cream 10g Topical in human pregnancy is not established. Therefore, Econazine Cream 10g Topical should only be used for pregnant women after careful risk/benefit assessment by the doctor.Do inform your doctor if you are pregnant because Econazine Cream 10g crosses the placenta. Study of the animals reported some side effects on the fetus and there are no adequate and well-controlled studies in humans.
