Dexamethasone+Framycetin+Gramicidin is used for the inflammation in the eye due to the bacterial infection. It is also used for the inflammation of the ear canal (otitis externa).

Framycetin sulphate and Gramicidin are antibiotics that helps to eliminate the bacteria. Dexamethasone sodium metasulphobenzoate is a steroid that works by lowering inflammation.
