Fluocinolone+hydroquinone+tretinoin is used to treat skin condition particularly melasma.

How Fluocinolone+Hydroquinone+Tretinoin Works

Fluocinolone works by reducing and treating dark spots on the skin. Hydroquinone lightens the skin by reducing melanin pigment. Tretinoin is a vitamin A which helps with skin renewal.

Alcohol Safe

It is safe to consume alcohol with hydroquinone because it is a topical drug. However, if you are feeling any significant reactions on taking it with alcohol consumption, please see your doctor for consultation.

Pregnancy Not Safe

Fluocinolone+Hydroquinone+Tretinoin may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown side effects on the fetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable even with the risk. Please consult your doctor.

Lactation Limited Data

It is not known whether Fluocinolone+Hydroquinone+Tretinoin is excreted into the human breastmilk. It is not advisable to apply topical Fluocinolone+Hydroquinone+Tretinoin on the chest to avoid accidental contact with the infant.

Driving Generally Safe

Fluocinolone+Hydroquinone+Tretinoin is for external application. Therefore, it does not interfere with the ability to drive.

Kidney Safe If Prescribed

Fluocinolone+Hydroquinone+Tretinoin is not used for internal consumption and the amount absorbed into the circulatory system also is negligible. It is, therefore, safe to be used even in a patient with renal impairment.

Liver Safe If Prescribed

Fluocinolone+Hydroquinone+Tretinoin is not used for internal consumption and the amount absorbed into the circulatory system also is negligible to cause any effect , therefore, safe to be used even in a patient with liver impairment.
