There is no known interaction of Gentamicin Topical topical with alcohol.

Pregnancy Maybe Safe

Topical Gentamicin Topical maybe used during pregnancy. Animal reproduction studies do not demonstrate adverse effects on fetus with the use of topical Gentamicin Topical, and there are no adequate studies in pregnant women. Lactation Limited Data

It is not known whether Gentamicin Topical is excreted into the human breastmilk. It is not advisable to apply topical Gentamicin Topical on the chest to avoid accidental contact with the infant.
