Uses of Guselkumab

Guselkumab treat adults with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis who may benefit from taking injections or pills (systemic therapy) or phototherapy (treatment using ultraviolet or uv light).

How Guselkumab Works

Guselkumab is a type of monoclonal antibody. It works by neutralizing the activity of a protein called IL-23, which is present at increased levels in people with psoriasis.

Side Effects of Guselkumab

Headache, Joint pain (arthralgia), Diarrhoea, Redness, irritation or pain at the injection site, Increased level of liver enzymes in the blood
