How Insulin Aspart + Insulin Degludec Works

Insulin Aspart is a rapid-acting insulin that decreases blood sugar quickly after injection. Insulin Degludec is a type of long acting insulin, provides a longer action of blood sugar-lowering effect after injection.

It is not advisable to drink alcohol with insulin as alcohol may affect blood glucose levels, both hypoglycemia and hyperglycemia can occur.

Pregnancy Limited Data

There is no clinical experience with the use of Insulin Aspart + Insulin Degludec in pregnant women. However, it is recommended to monitor and manage glucose level throughout pregnancy and when contemplating pregnancy. It is best to work closely with your doctor on this issue.

Lactation Limited Data

It is unknown whether Insulin Aspart + Insulin Degludec is excreted in human milk.

Driving Use With Care
