Generally, it is not advisable to have alcohol with Glyxambi 10/5mg Tablet 30s.It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Glyxambi 10/5mg Tablet 30s as there is no information regarding Glyxambi 10/5mg Tablet 30s interactions.

Pregnancy Warning (Not Safe)

Glyxambi 10/5mg Tablet 30s is not recommended to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have show an adverse effect on the foetus after birth however there are no human studies.Use of Glyxambi 10/5mg Tablet 30s should be avoided during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown no adverse effects on the fetus, and it is not yet being studied in pregnant women.

Breastfeeding Warning (Not Advisable)

Glyxambi 10/5mg Tablet 30s is not advisable to use during lactation. It is not known if Glyxambi 10/5mg Tablet 30s passes into human breast milk.A risk to nursing infant cannot be excluded as there is no information regarding the excretion in human milk. Therefore, Glyxambi 10/5mg Tablet 30s is probably unsafe to use during lactation.

Driving Warning (Not Advisable)

Glyxambi 10/5mg Tablet 30s usually does not affect the ability to drive. Do not drive unless you are feeling well.Glyxambi 10/5mg Tablet 30s has no or negligible influence on the ability to drive. Nevertheless, patients should be alerted to the risk of low blood sugar if it is taken with sulphonylurea or insulin.

Kidney Warning (Use With Care)

Glyxambi 10/5mg Tablet 30s should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease as its main mechanism of action is at the kidney. Dose adjustment of Glyxambi 10/5mg Tablet 30s may be needed for patients with kidney disease. Please consult your doctor. Liver Warning (Use With Care)

Patients with liver disease may require a dose adjustment while on Glyxambi 10/5mg Tablet 30s. It is due to the prolonged exposure of Glyxambi 10/5mg Tablet 30s in patients with liver disease. Thus, patients with severe liver disease are not allowed to be on Glyxambi 10/5mg Tablet 30s.Glyxambi 10/5mg Tablet 30s can be used with caution in patients with liver disease. No dose adjustment of Glyxambi 10/5mg Tablet 30s may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
