How To Use Pediasure Complete Optiheight Chocolate Milk Powder 600g
225 ml serving: 1. Pour 190 ml room temperature or cold water into a cup. 2. Gradually mix in 5 leveled scoops (49.2 g) of PediaSure powder.
Children 1 to 8 years old: Up to 2 servings a day. Children 9 to 10 years old: Up to 3 servings a day.

"Store the unopened pack in cool, dry place at room temeprature. Opened pack should be covered and used within 3 weeks."
