Royal Energiser is a blend of just the appropriate quantity of fresh royal jelly, propolis extracts, and pollen-intact eucalyptus honey that is ideal for children. Daily doses of propolis have also been shown to help with cough, and other respiratory problems, particularly in children.

Propolis is a resinous material obtained from tree leaf buds and bark that bees use to line their hives to keep out intruders and disease, which is why it's used to treat chronic diseases including gastrointestinal problems and periodontal disease.

WynnWright Royal Energiser contains royal jelly. Royal jelly is a gelatinous substance produced by honeybees to feed the queen and her young. Some royal jelly benefits include:
Royal jelly is nutrition dense. There are nine glycoproteins (MRJPs) and two fatty acids (trans-10-Hydroxy-2-decenoic acid and 10-Hydroxydecanoic acid). Royal jelly also contains B vitamins and trace minerals. However, the nutritional content of royal jelly varies greatly. thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), pantothenic acid (B5), pyridoxine (B6), niacin (B3), folic acid (B9), inositol (B8), and biotin (B7) (B7)
Royal jelly is said to be anti-inflammatory and antioxidant. Oral or topically applied royal jelly may help heal wounds and other inflammatory skin conditions.
