NCSM - Gardasil 9 HPV Vaccination Package (Below 15 Years Old)

The HPV 9-Valent vaccine is suitable for individuals below 15 years of age to help protect against diseases caused by some types of Human Papillomavirus (HPV).

For girls and women below 15 years of age, the HPV 9-Valent vaccine can help reduce the risk against: 

• Cervical cancer
• Vulvar and vaginal cancers
• Genital warts Anal cancer
• Precancerous cervical, vulvar, vaginal and anal lesions
• Certain head and neck cancers, such as throat and back of mouth cancers 

For boys and men below 15 years of age, the HPV 9-Valent vaccine can help reduce the risk against: 

• Genital warts
• Anal cancer
• Precancerous anal lesions
• Certain head and neck cancers, such as throat and back of mouth cancers 

Type of vaccine given in this package: Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine (types 6, 11, 16, 18, 31, 33, 45, 52, 58)

The HPV vaccines will be given in 2 separate doses, at 0 month (first shot), and between 6-12 month (2nd shot).

You will get an appointment reminder for your next shots from National Cancer Society Malaysia (NCSM).

*Note: HPV 9-valent vaccine only protects against diseases caused by these nine types of HPV.

Minimum 3 days in advance booking is required. Available from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm. Not available on Sunday and Public Holidays.

Vaccination Location: National Cancer Society Malaysia (NCSM) Clinic No. 66, Jalan Raja Muda Abdul Aziz, 50300, Kuala Lumpur.

Please inform us if you: 

• Are pregnant or planning to get pregnant.
• Have immune problems, like HIV or cancer. 
• Take medicines that affect the immune system. 
• Might have had an allergic reaction to any type of vaccines 
• Take any regular medicines, even those you can buy over the counter. 

If you are younger than 18 years of age, you will need your parents to be present during the vaccination. 

On the day of vaccination
Do remember to bring along your identification document: NRIC (for Malaysian) or passport (for non-Malaysian) and receipt copy of the purchase. 

If you are having a fever (over 37.8°C) a day before or on the day of your vaccination, please call and inform before going to the vaccination clinic.
