Hovid Calamine Lotion can be used to soothe itchy skin. One of the main ingredients of calamine lotion is zinc oxide. It relieves inflammation, dryness, itching and soreness of the skin. It works by regulating the histamines in the body that causes inflammation.
Calamine lotions are useful to relieve the symptoms of various skin conditions such as sunburns, acne, chickenpox, and diaper rash in infants. It prevents the skin from being dry or chafed, especially in sensitive skins. It can also provide relief for bug bites, hives, scabies, eczema, psoriasis and many more.
