Take this medication as instructed by your doctor in the exact dosage and duration. As a whole, swallow it. Do not chew, crush, or rupture it. It is possible to take the Afinitor 5mg tablet with or without food, but it is best to take it at a specific time. Weakness, inflammation of the sinus, infection, fever, cough, etc are the typical side effects of this medication. Consult a doctor immediately if any of the side effects occur or worry you. If you have any allergic reactions, tell the doctor immediately (rash, shortness of breath, coughing, swelling, etc.). Always seek medical advice if you are suffering from excessive thirst or frequency of urination, shortness of breath, cough or fever, or if you need to be vaccinated after taking this medication.

Always consult your doctor and never initiate Afinitor 5mg Tablet if you have hepatitis, hepatitis complications, diabetes, elevated levels of cholesterol in your blood, a recent procedure, or unhealed wound after surgery, infection or allergy of certain sugars.
