This medicine is for oral use only. Swallow this medication as a whole with water. Do not chew, crush or break it. It is better to take this medication at a fixed time each day if it is indicated for everyday use.

Precautionary Steps of Kerlone 20mg Tablet 14s (strip)
Please consult a doctor especially before taking Kerlone. If you have any of the following conditions & contraindications:-
Hypersensitivity
Asthma
Cardiogenic shock
Heart block (2nd degree and above)
Cardiac failure
Renal failure
Sinus bradycardia
Please stop using this medication if you are experiencing these symptoms and conditions.
Kerlone Drug Interactions
Drug to drug interaction reaction of Kerlone varies from a person to another person. It is advisable to check with your doctor about all the possible drug interactions before starting the medication.
Amiodarone
Digitalis
Anesthetic agents
Cathecholamine-depleting drugs
Other beta-blockers

Alcohol Warning (Not Advisable)
It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Kerlone 20mg Tablet 14s (strip). Taking Kerlone 20mg Tablet 14s (strip) with alcohol may have additive effects in decreasing blood pressure. You may experience lightheadedness, fainting, headache, dizziness and changes in pulse or heart rate.
Pregnancy Warning (Not Safe)
Kerlone 20mg Tablet 14s (strip) may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the fetus, however, there are limited human studies. Kerlone 20mg Tablet 14s (strip) should be avoided during pregnancy as a precautionary measure. Please consult your doctor to know Kerlone 20mg Tablet 14s (strip) is necessarily used.
Breastfeeding Warning (Limited Data)
Kerlone 20mg Tablet 14s (strip) is probably having potential toxicity towards the nursing baby. Kerlone 20mg Tablet 14s (strip) can be distributed into breast milk. Limited human data suggests that Kerlone 20mg Tablet 14s (strip) can produce β blockade in the baby during nursing and having the potential to cause serious undesirable effects in the infant of nursing mother. The baby needs to be monitored if Kerlone 20mg Tablet 14s (strip) is used during lactation.
Driving Warning (Generally Safe)
Kerlone 20mg Tablet 14s (strip) for eye solution has little influence on the ability to drive and use machines. Temporary visual disturbances may affect the ability to drive or use machines. If blurred vision occurs after instillation, the patient must wait until the vision clears before driving or using machinery.
Kidney Warning (High Risk)
Kerlone 20mg Tablet 14s (strip) should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Kerlone 20mg Tablet 14s (strip) may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Liver Warning (Limited Data)
Kerlone 20mg Tablet 14s (strip) should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Kerlone 20mg Tablet 14s (strip) may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
