Introduction of Leukeran 2mg Tablet 25s
Leukeran 2mg Tablet should be taken on an empty stomach, or one hour before and two hours after eating. However, for the best results, aim to consume it at the same time every day. This will vary depending on what you are being treated for and may alter over time. You should take it exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Taking it incorrectly or in excess can result in serious negative effects. It may take several weeks or months for you to notice or feel the advantages, but do not stop taking it until your doctor instructs you to do so. The most common side effects of this medication are anaemia (low red blood cell count), decreased blood cells (red cells, white blood cells, and platelets), infection, nausea, and vomiting. Inform your doctor if any of these concern you or appear to be significant. There may be techniques to mitigate or prevent them. Notify your doctor if you have a history of bleeding disorders, heart or liver disease, radiation therapy, or any infection. Many other medications can interact with or be impacted by this medication, so inform your doctor about all medications you are taking. This medication is known to reduce the quantity of blood cells in your blood, making you more susceptible to infections. During treatment with this medicine, you will need to have regular blood tests to assess your blood cells, as well as your kidney, liver, and heart function. To avoid conception, both males and females must utilise adequate contraception during treatment.
How To Use Leukeran 2mg Tablet 25s
This medicine is for oral use only. Swallow this medication as a whole with water. Do not chew, crush or break it. It is better to take this medication at a fixed time each day if it is indicated for everyday use.
As with all medications, you may experience some side effects. Not everyone experiences it. This is not a cause for concern. However, it is so that you are aware of it.

Warning Precautions
Alcohol Warning (Safe)
There is no contraindication on the consumption of alcohol with Leukeran 2mg Tablet 25s suggested by any previous clinical data.
Pregnancy Warning (Not Safe)
Leukeran 2mg Tablet 25s is contraindicated in pregnancy due to its potential reproductive side effects and in women of child-bearing age, effective contraception is advisable.
Breastfeeding Warning (Not Advisable)
It is not known whether Leukeran 2mg Tablet 25s will be excreted into human breastmilk or not and it is advisable not to breastfeed the infant during treatment period due to its potential adverse effects.
Driving Warning (Generally Safe)
It is not known whether Leukeran 2mg Tablet 25s will affect the ability to drive or not. It is advisable not to drive if the patient experience side effects which can cause impairment in the ability to drive.
Kidney Warning (Use With Care)
Dosage adjustment is not needed when Leukeran 2mg Tablet 25s is used in patients with renal impairment. However, close monitoring is advisable.
Liver Warning (Use With Care)
Dosage adjustment and close monitoring are advisable for people with hepatic impairment.
