This medicine is for oral use only. Swallow this medication as a whole with water. Do not chew, crush or break it. It is better to take this medication at a fixed time each day if it is indicated for everyday use.

Alcohol Warning(Limited information)
It is not advised to consume alcohol with Loette Tablet. Taking Loette Tablet with alcohol may worsen the CNS side effects such as headache, dizziness, lightheadedness, and nausea.
Pregnancy Warning(Limited information)
Loette Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy. Both animal and human studies have shown adverse effects on the fetus. The risk involved is clearly outweigh the potential benefits. Please consult your doctor.
Breastfeeding Warning(Limited information)
Loette Tablet is not recommended to use during lactation because it is secreted into breast milk. However, the potential exposure of the nursing infant to Loette Tablet can be reduced if the mother takes the tablet immediately after feeding and avoids nursing for at least the following 8 hours.
Driving Warning (Limited information)
Loette Tablet usualy does not affect the ability to drive. Do not drive unless you are feeling well.
Kidney Warning(Limited information)
Loette Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Loette Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Liver Warning(Limited information)
Loette Tablet is not recommended for patients with liver adenoma and any other hepatic impairment. Please consult your doctor.
