Norcutin is made from the following ingredient:-

How to use Norcutin?

Norcutin Drug Interactions

  • Rifampin

Breastfeeding Warning (Not Safe To Breastfeed)
Norcutin 5mg Tablet is not recommended while breastfeeding.

Driving Warning (Safe)
Norcutin 5mg Tablet usually does not affect the abillity to drive. Do not drive unless you are feeling well.

Kidney Warning (Use With Care)
Norcutin 5mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease as it may cause fluid retention in the body. Please consult your doctor.

Liver Warning (Safe)
Norcutin 5mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease due to its metabolism mainly takes place in the liver. Please consult your doctor.

As with all medications, you may experience some side effects. Not everyone experiences it. This is not a cause for concern. However, it is so that you are aware of it.

There could be certain side-effects associated with the usage of the medication. Please refer to the list below:-

1. What should I do when I missed a dose of Norcutin?

If you have missed a dose by chance, try to consume it as soon as possible when you notice. If the time to your next dosage is close, simply skip the medicine. In such cases, try to not double the dosage. 


2. I  think I have accidentally overdosed from the prescribed quantity of Norcutin. Do I need to see a doctor?

If you feel that you might have used more than the prescribed quantity of Norcutin, please talk to a physician immediately as overdosage more than the prescribed quantity might lead to undesirable side-effects. 


3. Am I allowed to drink alcohol after taking Norcutin?

Consumption of alcohol is not recommended with Norcutin. The resulting interaction between this medication with alcohol may cause excessive drowsiness and calmness and also it might raise the risk of side effects occurrence. In any case, do not consume more than 90 mL a day.


4. Will the consumption of Norcutin affect the child that I am bearing?
