Alcohol Warning(Not Advisable)
Adjustment of Nuelin SR 125mg Tablet 20s (strip) to a higher dose may be required due to the consumption of alcohol may increase its clearance.
Pregnancy Warning(Not Safe)
No sufficient study conducted on human pregnancy in the first trimester concerning the use of Nuelin SR 125mg Tablet 20s (strip). However, Nuelin SR 125mg Tablet 20s (strip) should only be taken if benefits outweight harms in the mother during the second and third trimesters as Nuelin SR 125mg Tablet 20s (strip) has sympathomimetic effects in the foetus.
Breastfeeding Warning(Not Advisable)
Since Nuelin SR 125mg Tablet 20s (strip) is excreted in breast milk, the therapeutic dose of it should be kept low. The baby has to be monitored for any effects of Nuelin SR 125mg Tablet 20s (strip). Breastfeeding must be discontinued once a higher dose of Nuelin SR 125mg Tablet 20s (strip) is needed.
Driving Warning (Not Advisable)
Do not drive unless you are feeling well. Nuelin SR 125mg Tablet 20s (strip) may cause side effects such as dizziness, headches, nausea or palpitations, all of which could affect the ability to concentrate and drive.
Kidney Warning(Use With Care)
Glomerular Filtration Rate (GFR) which is one of the indicators of kidney function may be preserved once the intravenous loading dose and oral maintenance regimen of Nuelin SR 125mg Tablet 20s (strip) are given prophylactically. Need to use cautiously in patient with severe kidney dysfunction.
Liver Warning(Use With Care)
Dose adjustment may be required in a patient with chronic liver disease since Nuelin SR 125mg Tablet 20s (strip) is metabolized in the liver.

Precautionary Steps of Nuelin SR 125mg Tablet 20s (strip)
Please consult a doctor especially before taking Nuelin. If you have any of the following conditions & contraindications:-
Liver disease
Allergy to Nuelin or any of its components
Hypersensitivity
Acute pulmonary oedema
Heart failure
COPD
Liver diseases

Quick Tips
Nuelin SR 125mg Tablet should be taken daily, ideally in the evenings after a meal. This should never be used to treat sudden breathing difficulties. Always have a fast-acting inhaler(rescue) with you. The doctor may check your blood level of potassium and your dosage of this medication. Talk to your doctor if you have previously been diagnosed with renal, liver, or heart problems, or if you have ever smoked. Your dosage may have to be altered by your doctor. Continue using this medication even if you start feeling better.
