How to use Obimin Pluz?
Swallow the capsule in one go and do not chew it. It should be taken with food. Consume according to the dose prescribed by your doctor.

  • Obimin Pluz is a supplement containing vitamins, minerals and omega-3 fatty acids (DHA and EPA) to provide nutrient supplementation for pregnant and lactating women.

  1. Omega-3 fatty acid - nausea, diarrhea, halitosis (bad breath), eructation (belching), fishy smelling breath, skin and urine. Intake more than 3 g per day may cause bleeding and easy bruising
  2. Zinc - Nausea and vomiting especially with doses of elemental zinc more than 30 mg
  3. Iron - Nausea, vomiting, bloating, upper abdominal discomfort, black stools, diarrhea and constipation

While some these symptoms are more common, there are a few rare symptoms that could also occur. If you are feeling any other symptoms (whether it is mentioned in the above list or not), please consult with a doctor immediately. Please, consult with a doctor if you are having rashes or blurry visions. Report if you experience any other symptoms as the above list may not be exhaustive. These symptoms become more prominent as when one is undergoing a long term therapy with this medication.


1. What should I do when I missed a dose of Obimin Pluz?

If you have missed a dose by chance, try to consume it as soon as possible when you notice. If the time to your next dosage is close, simply skip the medicine. In such cases, try to not double the dosage. 


2. I  think I have accidentally overdosed from the prescribed quantity of Obimin Pluz. Do I need to see a doctor?

If you feel that you might have used more than the prescribed quantity of Obimin Pluz, please talk to a physician immediately as overdosage more than the prescribed quantity might lead to undesirable side-effects. 


3. Am I allowed to drink alcohol after taking Obimin Pluz?

There is no information with regards to the side effects that may result from consumption of alcohol with Obimin Pluz. In any case, do not consume more than 90 mL a day.


4. Will the consumption of Obimin Pluz affect the child that I am bearing?
