It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Pravafen 40/160mg Capsule 30s because it may worsen the side effects of Pravafen 40/160mg Capsule 30s such as nausea and vomiting, dizziness and visual disturbances.
Pregnancy Warning (Not Safe - High Risk)
Pravafen 40/160mg Capsule 30s may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the fetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor before using it. Pravafen 40/160mg Capsule 30s is unsafe to use during pregnancy. Breastfeeding Warning (Not Advisable)
The safety of Pravafen 40/160mg Capsule 30s for use during lactation is unknown. Limited human data suggests that 160mg tablets should not be used in nursing mothers. Pravafen 40/160mg Capsule 30s is contraindicated for breastfeeding mothers because a small amount of it is excreted in breast milk.
Driving Warning (Generally Safe)
Pravafen 40/160mg Capsule 30s cause minimal to no side effects which could affect your ability to concentrate and drive. Pravafen 40/160mg Capsule 30s usually does not affect the ability to drive. Do not drive unless you are feeling well.
Kidney Warning (Use With Care)
Pravafen 40/160mg Capsule 30s should be used with caution in patients with mild to moderate kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Pravafen 40/160mg Capsule 30s may be needed. Please consult your doctor before using it. Use of Pravafen 40/160mg Capsule 30s is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease. Pravafen 40/160mg Capsule 30s should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. You should start the drug with 10 mg a day and further dose adjustment of Pravafen 40/160mg Capsule 30s may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Liver Warning (Use With Care)
Pravafen 40/160mg Capsule 30s should not be used in patients with liver disease due to inadequate data. Please consult your doctor before using it.Pravafen 40/160mg Capsule 30s should be used with caution in patients with severe liver disease.
