This medicine is for oral use only. Swallow this medication as a whole with water. Do not chew, crush or break it. It is better to take this medication at a fixed time each day if it is indicated for everyday use.
As with all medications, you may experience some side effects. Not everyone experiences it. This is not a cause for concern. However, it is so that you are aware of it.
It is not advisable to consume alcohol and Spasmolyt 20mg Tablet 100s concomitantly as alcohol will accentuate the drowsiness and tachycardia caused by Spasmolyt 20mg Tablet 100s.
Pregnancy Warning (Not Safe)
Animal studies have not shown reproductive toxicities and there are no clinical data of Spasmolyt 20mg Tablet 100s on pregnant women. Thus, caution use has to be practised in pregnant women. Please consult your doctor.
Breastfeeding Warning (Limited Data)
Animal studies have shown the excretion of Spasmolyt 20mg Tablet 100s in animal milk but there are no clinical data of Spasmolyt 20mg Tablet 100s on breastfeeding women. Thus, caution use has to be practised in breastfeeding women. Please consult your doctor.
Driving Warning (Generally Safe)
Spasmolyt 20mg Tablet 100s usually does not affect the ability to drive. Do not drive unless you are feeling well.
Kidney Warning (Use With Care)
Dose adjustment may be needed in patients with severe kidney impairment. Please consult your doctor.
Liver Warning (Limited Data)
Caution use of Spasmolyt 20mg Tablet 100s has to be practised in patients with mild to moderate liver impairment. It is not advisable to be used in patients with severe liver impairment. Please consult your doctor.
