How To Use Springhealth Enhan-C Sachet 20s
Pour one sachet into 100 ml of water. Stir until completely dissolve.
Each 5g sachet contains: - Vitamin C 500mg - Citrus Bioflavonoids 50mg - Yeast Zinc 5.5mg (from Lynside® FORTE Zn) - Plant based Vitamin D3 400iu Contains passion fruit juice powder, orange juice powder and monk fruit extract. "

About Springhealth Enhan-C Sachet 20s
Springhealth Enhan-c Sachet contains vitamin C,D, zinc and bioflavonoid. The combination of these vitamin and mineral helps to maintain the immune function, support a healthy bone and muscle growth, and prevent cell damage by free radicals.
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) is required for the growth, development, and repair of all physiological tissues. It promotes collagen production, iron absorption , wound healing, and cartilage, bone, and tooth maintenance.
Vitamin C may help with:
1. Colds. Vitamin C does not cure a common cold, but it may help prevent more serious problems. Taking vitamin C for colds and flu has been shown to lessen the risk of complications.
2. Aging Skin. Vitamin C has antioxidant qualities and impacts cells both inside and outside the body. Higher vitamin C consumption was linked to fewer wrinkles, drier skin, and better skin ageing. Also, topical Vitamin C therapies have been reported to minimize wrinkles in several trials.
