Biogrow-BM Tablet contains vitamin B, iron, folic acid and copper.
The vitamin B complex contains eight B vitamins: B-1 (thiamine), B-2 (riboflavin), B-3 (niacin), B-5 (pantothenic acid), B-6 (pyridoxine), B-7 (biotin), B-9 (folic acid), and B-12 (cobalamin). Each of these vital vitamins plays a role in your body's general operation. B vitamins are critical for overall health and well-being. B vitamins, being the structural components of a healthy body, have a direct effect on your energy levels, , and cell metabolism.
Folic acid is a water-soluble synthetic vitamin that is found in supplements and fortified meals. Fetal folate deficit leads to megaloblastic anaemia, and birth abnormalities in infants whose mothers were folate deficient.
Copper and iron are both essential nutrients to ensure a sufficient amount of red blood cells. Besides, copper aids in maintaining healthy bones, blood vessels, nerves, and immune function.
