Haruan fish (scientific name: Channa Striata) is a type of freshwater fish. Typically, the fish lives in stagnant and muddy water such as in ponds or swamps. Haruan fish is very popular among Asian countries such as Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand. This fish is believed to have powerful wound healing properties. It is also rich in protein sources and consists of all types of essential amino acids. Essential amino acids are a group of proteins that are not produced readily by the human body, and thus they must be obtained through food sources. The presence of amino acids is very important for the wound healing process because it promotes the formation of collagen fibres in the skin.
